This petition calls for the issue of a Royal Mail first class stamp in commemoration of Alan Henning who's humanity in helping the children of Syria was displayed for the whole world to see.

It is apposite that a picture of a class of Syrian schoolchildren holding up two placards with the words "We wont forget you Gadget because you never forgot us" - This simple statement encapsulates one humanitarian strand as to who we are as British Citizens and the values we hold
