Closed Create Resident Parking in Leeds 6 West Yorkshire

After speaking to neighbours and other residents in LS6, we feel an annoyance with parking situations in and around our local area.
People use our residential streets for parking and walk to the universities and into the town centre, this annoys a lot of residents, some are elderly or disabled and in some cases have children.
We have tried contacting the council and highways agency with no joy, we are unable to get emergency services onto the street due to the over parking.

Please support us to get our streets made into residential parking ONLY.
