we want to try and make it so that carers of elderly people should require Nvq's in health and social care and in caring. This is because e at the moment there are no qualifications required to do this job and subsequently there is a lack of safety and as well as this there is bad treatment of the elderly people.

if we can make it so that carers need to have these qualifications it will show that they are dedicated to doing this job as they will be giving up there own time and this will show that they will want to do this job.
