More details

Restricting the custodial parent whereby they cannot move without the permissions of the other parent is restictive with regard to employment and family situations.
I propose to allow the custodial parent to be able to move anywhere within the UK without first needing to request permission from the other parent.
This will broaden employment possibilities and also allow for caring responsibilities of other family members should the need arise
