We would like the government to make The Charter for Grandchildren (created by a Scottish Government) made legal as it focuses on the children's right to have grandparents recognized more in their lives or an explanation otherwise. The laws covering the welfare of children are outdated and being ignored by professionals and families alike therefore children are losing out on the love stability and protection of their grandparents.
