Similar to Animals, All Residents of the UK should have a subdermal chip installed. Not for Tracking or Monitoring but for allergy and disease information, If someone is found unconcious a quick scan can Idetify that person and any allergys and existing medical conditions they have, this would greatly assist paramedics and Doctors treating the patients. It could also be used to identify organ donors upon death and speed up many processes with in the system.
