Closed Save Blackpool Airport

Blackpool Airport is due to close on the 17th October and is vital to the infrastructure of Blackpool and surrounding areas. It brings tourists and passing trade to the area who use the airport for outbound and inbound flights.

Blackpool council want to build yet another large hotel costing 10 million pound when hotels in the area are already closing.

Over 100 airport jobs will be lost.

We would like the Government to look at what options it has available and work with the local councils to support the airport and keep it running.
