At the moment if you have a child who is 2 to 3 years old, you must pay for a nursery place unless you are on a low wage or receiveing certain benefits you get it for free, wouldn't it be better to give all children a free nursery place to give them a better head start in life, not all parents who dont qualifie can afford the costs.
