Petition zero hours contracts

More details

Modify current legislation to make it illegal for an employer to use the reduction of working hours of an existing worker so that another person can be employed without additional cost, thus effectively dismissing the first party without adhering to the legal requirements of statutory employment law, and is generally inflicted on the most vulnerable to this form of pressure.
Substitute zero hours for a minimum numerical value so as to maintain individual National Insurance contributions.
