Enact leglislation such that all Committee and full Council Meetings must be held in the evening so that
people who are in full-time employment and wish to bring their personal experience, may stand as councillors without personal disadvantage, and so that public attendance is not compromised during the normal times of employment.
This encourages open government and public participation, and already exists in some Local Authorities, hence democracy.
