I would like to government to put in place more substantial criminal charges and increase prosecutions against rogue traders/cowboys who are declared bankrupt and then set up trading again under another name. I would like the government to intervene and prevent them defrauding the public and then being able to hide behind private addresses to avoid having to pay thier debts.
