Closed PETITION FOR THE GOVERNMENT TO TIGHTEN LAWS ON MOTOR NOISE.

WE THE THE UNDER SIGNED WANT THE GOVERNMENT TO TOUGHEN THE LAWS RELATING TO `BOYRACERS` AND THE NOISE THEY CREATE DAY AND MAINLY NIGHT WITH THERE VERY LARGE BORE EXHAUST SYSTEMS, THIS CREATES A NUISANCE TO QUIET NEIGHBOURHOODS WITH THE YOUNG AND OLD ALIKE, THERE ARE LAWS ALREADY WHICH DO NOT GET ENFORCED, IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO MAKE A CAR LOUDER THAN FIRST PRODUCED, THEY CHANGE THE SYSTEM OVER FOR AN MOT WHICH MAKES IT USELESS ON THIS ISSUE WITH A LOOPHOLE IN IT, THE POLICE FAIL TO REMOVE THESE FROM THE ROADS WITH SOME CITIES HAVING MAJOR ISSUES, WE NEED THE GOVERNMENT TO PLUG THE LOOPHOLE AND THE POLICE TO CLAMP DOWN.
