We call for Carol Wardle ( Labour's Mayor of Rochdale) to be removed from office and prevented from taking any high power jobs for life.

Her suggestion that she would be willing to rig the by election is criminal and casts doubt on future elections She could influence future polls in a high powered position .
Her apology is an admission of guilt
