The M62 East bound between junction 10 and 11 goes from 3 lanes to 2 and can often take up to 45 minutes to travel 2 miles. Added to the fact that this is the junction where the M6 meets the M62 on the main route into Manchester. If the motorway was widened here the quality of the journey for thousands of commuters could be greatly improved.
