This petition calls for Lord Freud to resign or for the government to sack him for stating that disabled people are not worth the minimum wage in clear violation of the equality act.

Such thoughts should not be held by the minister for welfare and as such his position is untenable as he has shown scant regard for those whose welfare he is in charge of.
