To sway public opinion on my fiances very harsh sentence for his first conviction. He was provoked for 40 mins in a bar before he punched and kicked out once, the attack was seconds the cps tried to say his co affendant was involved making it joint enterprise but cctv footage clearly shows he had no involvement but was not used as evidence in both trails they were both found guilty of sec 18 with intent how could this be Intended neil was clueless this was gonna happen and had a bottle Iin his right hand as the attack took place if was to intend to hurt someone youd probably use the bottle! Neil left within seconds with the bottle. now there both serving a 8 years sentence please help!!
