I want the government to be realistic in their approach about jobs. people are looking for work and I am one of the people and I can not get a job as a graduate because of lack of experience. realistically the minorities are not given a chance. I want the government to create laws that enables businesses to employ willing individuals who show the attitude and the willingness to be trained even if its for unpaid or less pay for a period of time.
