This petition was submitted during the 2010-2015 parliament
Rejected petition full investigation of the police and the judge,s decision giving the murderer of gregory john davies a suspended sentence
More details
Gregory John Taylor , was 19 years old when he was chased by a driver who killed him ,by hitting his motorbike with his car
The driver had no licence was banned No insurance or anything else that a normal driver would have .
He left the scene of the "accident" drove home and cleaned his car down .
The vehicle he was driving has been deemed not fit for the road ,
On top of this he has aparently previous convictions for driving drunk and without a license or insurance
Why after all this has this man walked from court with a suspended sentence ,after killing a young innocent man
We would ask for full disclosure ,about the relationship between the police and the killer
And why the judge felt he could impose such a sentence that mocks the memory of young life taken by another
