The free funding for 2 year olds should be available to all families whose income is less than say for example £40k instead of just the lazy people who can't be arsed to work.my wife and I both work full time but can't send our daughter to nursery as we can't afford the cost where as someone that doesn't work so doesn't actually need it gets it free.where is the fairness in that
