Closed Equal Rights for Trade Union Equalities Reps

Trade Union Equality Reps perform a vital role promoting Equality & Diversity in the workplace for all employees and also service users, particularly in the Public Sector.
We call upon Parliament to debate affording Equality Reps the same statutory rights to paid facilities time to perform their duties and undertake training thereby bringing them into line with Workplace Reps, Health & Safety Reps and Learning Reps.
