Petition Tougher cyber bullying laws to protect rape victims

Rape victims have already been subjected to vicious and heinous crimes, yet people still blame the victim. Furthermore, it appears that the law can do nothing to protect rape victims from cyber bullying, particularly when the perpetrators are adolescents.

We need to do something about this! These people must not be allowed to make others' lives a misery over something that is not their fault.
