Clinical trials researchers generally publish papers and reports about their trials, only if they successfully answer the original research question. They often hide the results of trials that fail to prove their points.
Every patient and every prescribing physician should have easy access to all data recorded in every clinical trial. So should other researchers who may wish to test the data analysis.
Such openness would protect against poor therapy claims and give more trust to the public.
