Rejected petition not a penny more to the eu until we have a referendum on eu membership

Britain will pay no increase in fees to the eu until we have a referendum on our membership.
The people of the country can then decide, if they vote in then all fees will be paid, if they vote out then no fees will be paid at all. Until this is settled the current extra 1.7 billion and any other increase will not be paid.
