Closed petition Stop water companies from using Rateable Value to calculate water bills.

Water companies can charge based upon the rateable values system abolished in 1990. ( unless a water meter is fitted.) this means that a houshold with six people can be paying the same as a single occupant based upon the potential rentable value of the property back in 1990. There is no system of appeal in place and consumers are being ripped off. T
