In the UK calls to the Mental Health or Crisis Teams do nothing to help the sufferer. Most advice given is to go for a walk. The Mental Health and Crisis Teams should improve so that each call is assessed accordingly as it would be NHS24 and individuals who are in crisis are given the help they are needed. Too many people are now harming themselves, others or committing suicide and the issue needs addressedx
