Parliament Square has been surrounded in wire mesh. Police are patrolling it constantly.

This is one of the great spaces for democracy in the UK. It must be open for all to enjoy.

The police can manage public disorder within existing laws without closing Parliment Square.
It cannot be right that we, as citizens cannot practice democracy.
