Closed Referendum Needed On The Return of Capital Punishment

I would urge all who support the return of Capital Punishment for child murder, premeditated murder and acts of terrorism resulting in loss of life to sign this petition and force a debate in Parliament, leading to a UK Referendum about its return. Our Government is there to represent the people of Great Britain and this is their chance to let us have our say and to prove that we live in a true democratic society.
