Music in schools is an area government should pay more heed to, cut backs in recent years have meant the shrinking of the music service, this in turn has meant the production of fewer Baritone players, and this much maligned instrument (and musician) are critical in the form of art that is the English Brass band. It would also be useful to have outlawed by act of parliament mockery of the instrument and the fine men and women who play it.
