Closed Reverse Supreme Court Ruling Over Delayed Flight Compensation

Recently the Supreme Court ruled that air travel passengers who have faced delays are entitled to compensation.

This will inevitably be a cost that the airlines' customers will have to pay.

Technical problems aren't exempt from this ruling.

I fear that safety could be compromised in the future due to the airlines' additional time and financial pressures over future claims.

This decision seriously needs to be reviewed.
