Task Ofcom to force the telecom networks (mobile and landline) to block the barrage of unwanted texts and calls received each day on landlines and mobile phones in the UK. Many of which are abusive, threatening and designed to defraud innocent members of the public. It's technically possible to allow the calls through so it's technically possible to block them.
