To amend Schedule 4 to the Police Reform Act 2002 to ensure that not only constables but all police of all ranks "serve" not only the Queen but also we the people of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland; and that police "power" must never be equalled or superseded in authority by allegiance to any other oath, such as to freemasons; and that neither our royal family, nor MPs, or armed forces, or any religious or public institution, or anyone escapes immediate arrest as a suspect upon receipt by any police officer of a written allegation of serious criminal wrongdoing, especially in relation to the sexual abuse of children past or present; and that it is a criminal offence to contravene these amendments.
