We the undersigned call upon Government to make the following changes for Fathers.
Cases where neglect and assault are referred to Social Services, a full time social worker to be allocated per case.
Fathers to be given equal rights for child access and treated equally in family courts
Kinship or foster care to be immediately sought where a child has been neglected or assaulted whilst living with a parent,
Laws to ensure Fathers who do not have full custody to be given regular information on their child's schooling, and all information on doctor and hospital visits to be handed to Fathers. Narcotic's and alcohol testing on the custodial parent before custody is granted.
