To stop the waste of public funds through fly tipping the law needs to be tightened a lot, in the area alone where we live there has been 1200 cases of this costing the council many thousands of pounds, this shows the law is not working.

All people doing this MUST have a LICENSE to start with heavy fines in not having one.

When caught there should be a set base fine of say £1000 and repay the council there costs.

These people have closed roads by driving along while dumping the waste, easy money for them with cash in hand.

Stop this waste in public funds.
