To replicate the Tower of London Poppy Memorial by recreating it at the National Memorial Arboretum, Alrewas, Staffordshire and rebuild the tower, moat and poppies on a smaller scale - in order for this installation to become a permanent memorial to commemorate the First World War Centenary and the 888,246 lives lost.
