I believe the UK should adopt the same rules enforced in other parts of europe which prohibit HGV's from overtaking on UK Motorways and Dual Carriageways.

I feel this will reduce
1. Traffic Jams caused by lorries overtaking other lorries
2. Other vehicles feeling they need to tailgate to prevent a lorry from pulling out
3. Accidents caused by lorries colliding with cars
