Closed petition Criminalize Performance Enhancing Drugs in Sport.

I call on the Minister for Media & Sport to Criminalize and prosecute any Athlete/Agent/Manager/Coach and anyone connected with an Athlete that has tested "Positive" (A & B Samples) for using Performance Enhancing Drugs and to take legal action where historical guilt is found to exist to reclaim and redistribute any financial gain such individuals or groups of people may have benefited from. Furthermore, I ask that the Government, along with all International Governing bodies work together to eradicate the use of drugs in sport by increasing the suspension for Athletes found guilty of such use to a minimum of 5 years for the first offence and a Life Ban for any future violation.
