Petition Monarch to replace parliament for 4 years if the election turn out is less than 75%

If less than 75% of the electorate vote in a general election, parliament is dissolved for a period of four years and the reigning monarch is given executive control of the country.

Many people see no reason to give their support or approval to any of the main parties whose main function now seems to be to do the bidding of big business rather than consider the long term interests of the country.

An abstention from voting would now have the latent power to refuse a new government that does not carry the will of the people.

Give control of the country over to someone who already has wealth and privilege, and who will serve the countries best interests rather than their own.
