The riots in London prove, once again, that the police are incapable of dealing with extreme violence.

We need a new, Paramilitary Force that can deal with the incidents the Police cannot; mass shootings, terrorist attacks and riots.

This new Force should be elite, paramilitary and have field offices in every UK city.

The police simply can't hack it. Time for something new - before more innocent people die.
