Petition More help for the homeless in Weston-Super-Mare!

After a conversation with a local homeless man, I was utterly disgusted to discover that such a big town as tourism-driven Weston does not provide an overnight shelter for the homeless! It has soup kitchens and has organisations that offer support but nowhere for the homeless to sleep somewhere safe, instead they remain vulnerable to the elements and violence on the streets. There would be a lot of volunteers offering their time so cannot see why its not a viable option!
