Closed hgv drivers facilities at delivery points

On many occasions, after driving 300 miles or more to make a delivery, drivers are refused access to that companies facilities....toilets, canteen, vending machines etc.

Some delivery points, including major supermarket rdc's can keep drivers waiting 3, 4, 5+ hrs between arriving and departing with no access to said facilities.

Like it or not hgv drivers are the lifeline of this country yet we are treated as lepers!

I ask that basic toilet and canteen facilities should be made accessible to drivers by law.
