Closed definition of consensual sex/rape

California has recently drafted legislation effectively making it against the law to have sex with someone who is legally intoxicated.

Their legislation states that someone who is legally intoxicated is incapable of giving consent to sex and as such having sex with someone who is legally intoxicated is statutory rape.

With the high profile case of Ched Evans in the news recently we believe that the definition of when sex can or cannot be consensual needs to be changed so that it is more in line with California'a legislation
