The undersigned demand an investigation into the culture of the Presenting Officer's Unit and UKBA casework division regarding misapplication of European law. If it is found that Presenting Officers and Caseworkers deliberately and systematically seek to deny working, tax-paying European families (including Non-EEA spouses and partners) their rights under the convention, then a criminal investigation should take place.
