Rejected petition National service for school drop outs!

The idea is all youths that drop out of school, at the age of 16 and do not go on to further education. Have to do an minimum of one year's national service. Not like it was years ago these youths would be used to help police and rescue services when they are stretched. E.g. When we have floods, or national disasters, not only would this help with respect but also may help some of them realise their potential which may be less academic.
