Petition Standards for Police Recruiting

We the undersigned demand that all prospective recruits for Police Service of the UK meet the same standards irrespective of race , creed or colour and that there should be no "dumbing down" of standards in order to increase the number of recruits from ethnic minorities. Further any criminal convictions should mean an automatic rejection for service as a Police Officer.
