More details

Re case no 2100603/2008, Peter Lewis v Cheshire County Council, where Peter Lewis (Public Rights of Way Officer) gave accurate evidence over 8 days against an employer that chopped and changed its.

Decision no 2100603/08 (not even sent) contains 101 names that Peter Lewis doesn't recognize. Peter Lewis presented evidence relating to Denise McGlinchey,an ex-employee whose ID card was put up on a notice board in her manager's office (Mike Taylor) with a picture of a cow replacing her photo.

Any tribunal that by dint of its position is going to call one of the parties unreliable should be legally required to accurately represent the evidence in its decisions which the parties accurately present to it. I am therefore calling for this to be made a legal requirement.
