Rejected petition Curfews and Army to be used against rioters.

This mindless violence,rioting,arson and thefts is way past the control of the Police.
There should be immediate curfews and military brought in with water-cannon and rubber bullets.
The Judiciary should come down hard on these offenders not give out namby-pamby sentences.
The Governments first job is to defend its' citizens,the law abiding and not the lawless.
