At present emergency drivers, if they have an accident this will be counted against them under their own insurance for their own car, this is not right as there is alot more risk involved driving under emergency conditions than there is driving your own car under norml road conditions. This petition is to ask the government to legislate a difference between Emergency and Non-Emergency situations and if the former was to have been involved in an accident than it should not count towards their own private insurance.
