Under the new pension rules if you die before 75 you can leave your remainding pension pot tax free,but if you die after 75 your pension pot can only be used to draw an income subject to tax by your dependants.I require the government to allow the dependants of the person dying over 75 to be treated the same as the dependants of the person who dies before 75.
