Rejected petition Lower Car Insurance for Young Drivers!!!!

I am absolutely disgusted with the prices I have been given for car insurance, I am a Apprentice for the Yorkshire Ambulance Service and I drive for a Living and obviously I have to be a safe driver to successfully get Job at the end of my Apprenticeship, I am also a Named driver on my mothers insurance and I'm still getting quotes for £3,000-£5,000 for a 1.2L-1.4L car, sticking to advice online to lower premiums also makes no difference, I am extremely angry that I am still getting quoted in the region of £3,000-£5,000 especially since the Job I'm doing requires driver with fresh, clean licenses and people that are safe driver this 'Statistic' stuff is ridiculous, all of us young people are constantly getting tarred with the 'Young drivers are more likely to have an accident in the first year'

I want something done about this, It's absolutely ludacris.
