Petition Mandatory use of indicators

Make the use of indicators a legal requirment for all vehicles when changing direction or pulling out. This would save money as it would cut down on accidents. This would be easy to enforce and would increase road safety. Failure to comply would in the first 12 months result in just a fine but after that it would become an endorsable offence. As far as i can see there is no sound reason not to do to it. It is already in place in the USA.
